How will My Order Ship?

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.


When Will My Order Arrive?

Shipment to United States/Canada – We always ship via UPS or USPS, Items going to Canada will typically be delivered by Canada Post. For Small Parcel shipments within the United States and Canada, Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 3-5 business days after your order is picked up from the warehouse. We have a warehouse in Niagara falls, NY which caters to our US clients and Our existing warehouse in Canada enable Canadian buyers to save duty on their items. Canadian buyers will be responsible to pay relevant GST/HST based on their province.

International Shipping – All small parcels shipments outside of United States/Canada are shipped via USPS. Usually for small parcels; Lead time is approx. 4-6 weeks. We can ship most items internationally for an additional cost. International orders placed online will be flagged and followed up by our customer service team. They will review and contact you by email with an international shipping quote.

Shipping charges cover only the cost of shipping from our distribution center to the final destination. Due to import fees and taxes varying from country to country, the recipient is responsible for any import fees, customs, duties, taxes and or any other fees imposed on the shipment.


Cancellation Policy

Laureola Industries will do everything possible to accommodate order changes and cancellations. However please be aware that some items may have already shipped from a manufacturer and be in route to the distributor for final shipment to you.

Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return the item, you will need to follow the "Returns & Exchange" policy. Do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this may result in up to a 50% restocking fee. A delivery refusal may also result in the loss of your product and may void any possibility of a refund. You will also be charged for round trip shipping cost.

At Laureola Industries, we guarantee your absolute satisfaction. If you're not happy with something, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We'll refund you the cost of the item minus round trip shipping costs. We offer store credit as an option as well.

Limited Warranty And Responsibility:

Laureola Industries warrants its products to be free of any defects in material and workmanship within 90 days from the date of shipment. Please call or write for warranty claim information. Once the merchandise is received and examined, provided that the merchandise has not been misused or abused, Laureola Industries holds the discretion to replace or refund the order.
